Please contact our support team and provide the following information so we can quickly investigate this for you. 1) What the item is (including the model name and frame number if HIPS)2) Where you bought the item.3) What the defect is.4) The address/phone number needed to receive the replacement.5) WARMACHINE ONLY - If your product is manufactured in the USA or EU (This is usually located at the end of the small text just to the side of our SFG logo, at the bottom of the rear of the box)6) If your product was made in the USA, is there a stamp/sticker on the inside of the box indicating the contents were checked before the box was sealed?7) Please include clear images of the defective/damaged miniatures and in the case of missing items, please provide a clear image of the box where possible.
